I paid in cash after installation

Hi, I recently ordered the Simpson 7.5kg top load wash machine online. The info request was easy to follow & the phone service really helpful. 2 days later my order arrived!! After a confirmation call in the morning, the delivery guys were very efficient & friendly. I paid in cash after installation & they took my old dying washer away (& all of the packaging rubbish too). I love my beautiful new washer & will definitely be using this service again. Impressed with the customer service

We had our Bosch washing machine delivered this morning, after ordering it online lunchtime yesterday. I wanted to let you know that I am impressed with the customer service shown - both with prompt emailing, speed of delivery, and especially the delivery itself. It was fantastic that the delivery men (PJ and David) rang me this morning to let me know the time window, and again 15 minutes before they were due to arrive.
