I needed a frig in and I had a particular size space and I needed it the next day. I called and I was put through to Colin. I explained my situation to him and that was the end of it. He just kept at it until he found what I wanted and what would fit into the space available. I was unsure and he reassured me that he would send one the next day. He even said don't pay if it doesnt fit send it back. At around 7.30am the next day i got a call advising me that the frig would be arriving between 8 and 10am. Sure enough at that time the guys turned up measured the space then brought in the frig. Perfect fit. Thanks. It is very rare today to be treated by such cooperative people it's a very pleasant change.
