I don't think I've ever received service like this!

I can't recommend Appliances Online enough! I ordered and paid for my purchase in less than five minutes, could choose a day for (free!) delivery and got a highly competitive price for my new washing machine. The company texted the night before to confirm the scheduled delivery and called by 08:30 to confirm the two-hour window within which they'd deliver..how nice not to have to stay in all morning! The delivery guys were super professional and courteous, took away the old machine and packaging for the new one (again at with charge), moved the new machine into place and connected it for me. I don't think I've ever received service like this.and if I have, then not for many years. A 2014 purchase with the latest technology but with good old-fashioned reliable service with a smile. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely use them again Jaine Edge, MAYLANDS WA

Why would anyone shop elsewhere

The driver just phoned to advise delivery this morning between 8 and 9am. I could be slightly prejudiced, but acknowledge the fact that the Company Award you received recently is more than well deserved for the fast and efficient way even this small purchase was handled. I look forward to further purchases, as why would anyone shop elsewhere - even when living as far from the city as I do, to have my microwave delivered to its resting place - not to mention also the removal of my old one.
