Make me feel like a valued customer
I want to say a BIG thank you to Colin for going to so much to make me feel like a valued customer, my Samsung combo didn't dry the clothes and he didnt hesitate to have a replacement sent out immediately. I now have beautiful clean, dry clothes and feel I have satisfaction with the product I almost wrote a bad report online about in one of those product feedback forums, if anything Collin gave me faith in Samsung again, simply by using old fashion customer service.. Initially people around me told me to be wary of purchasing anything of that value over the internet, but after I had Collin look after me with that personal touch, I will gladly recommend Appliances Online to anyone thinking of purchasing an appliance. I cant speak high enough of how happy I am now.

I would like to pass on my appreciation for the great service I had from Appliances Online during my recent purchase.
We found your site from a link in www.doorone.com.au while deciding which dryer to buy.
We ordered the dryer on the Sunday and nominated Monday as the delivery day, with Tuesday as the alternative. We didn't really expect delivery on Monday, but received a very apologetic phone call to say it couldn't be delivered until Tuesday. It arrived safely on Tuesday, the delivery persons followed our instructions exactly.
