I was sure I had made a mistake when the machine arrived, missing the adjusting foot. We were due to leave on a caravan holiday in just a few days so I was not optomistic when I rang Appliances on Line to ask for a replacement foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup service I received. The replacement part arrived in time for our machine to be installed in our caravan and was backed up with a phone call to confirm receipt.
