Everybody from appliances on line from the people who took my order, the gentleman who rang to tell me of the delivery date (2 days later) to the driver and installer went above and beyond the call of duty. I have already recommended them to friends especially one who is finishing her kitchen and laundry renovation and needs new appliances. She also found them to be a great company. I won’t bother doing the rounds again to all the department stores I will go direct to them. The guys rang just after seven with an ETA and within an hour the new fridge was installed and the packaging and the old fridge was gone.
