It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket ! Would gladly purchase another product from Appliances online.It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE I have just had my new washer delivered at the time & day they said ,very efficent , the new one was unpacked & set up & the old one taken away.. Can't ask for more than that..
