Good morning, I would like to thank you very much for another outstanding transaction. When I first ordered our new oven and cooktop for delivery on 9 April, you told us that you couldn't deliver until 22 April as the products were not in stock. After we explained that we really needed them on 9 April for a new kitchen installation, your team bent over backwards to source the appliances and meet our delivery date. We cannot thank you enough for this extraordinary service and excellent communication. Your delivery team rang yesterday morning around 7 to advise delivery would be between 8 and 9 and they arrived at 8.30 - perfect! You really do deserve all the positive feedback you receive. Just a short note to say how refreshing it is to have some great customer service.I was very hesitant about ordering online for such a large item, however I was pleasantly surprised on your professionalism and level of customer service. I ordered on Friday afternoon and the item was delivered as promised Monday morning. The delivery guys were very friendly and you could tell they were happy with their job, not only did they install, took away my old washer, removed all the packaging material all in a very efficient manner.
