I have 2 young boys and was dreading the delivery because I thought there would be water and mess everywhere and so on... I went out this morning early and got back at about 9.40 to the guys already here (sorry about that!) They didn't mind that I was late and that the old machine wasn't disconnected (another apology...) It took them 10 minutes to take the old one out, set the new one up and be friendly to not only me but my boys. For the lack of hassle in not only purchasing the new machine but also the delivery, I am more than impressed! I will be recommending your business to as many people as I can. Having worked in customer service from the basic level up to management for most of my working life, I know customers aren't always the easiest and they rarely say thankyou or mention good service so I'd like to take this opportunity to do just that. As the customer, we were kept well informed of the procedure for the arrival of our new fridge, via text and email. The delivery arrived in the exact time frame that had been promised and the drivers took away our old fridge. I have been and will happily recommend your company to anyone. I am happy for you to post this on your testimonial page. The other great thing was the saving. Free delivery and a saving of about $200.00 on the fridge we ordered.
