I've been using it now for a month and it uses so much coffee and water..had to buy a wee rectangle dish to go under the spouts, maybe this could be included as it rinses itself constantly. Turn on, turn off after making a coffee, after using the milk it cleanse itself lol.Getting used to coffee strengths and milks not as frothy as I expected but ok. Still a learning curve. Good selection of drinks and great accessories coffee pot, coffee vacumn holder, glass cups, travel mug etc. Hubby loves the mug to go travel cup. Coffee grounds come out like wee disc's great for plants or on the garden. In all a great machine once I get the hang of it. Can't use wifi to make a drink because it'd rinse into your cup ha as it does rinse always!! Is it meant to?? Also getting the hang of which milks froth better..great value for money and good having it all automatic and can put in your personal drinks eg me and hubby or a guest.

We upgraded from a 7 year old PrimaDonna machine. We went for another as the last one lasted so long, making 4+ coffee's a day, every day for 7 years. This one is better in most ways, the coffee is hotter (which was a complaint I had about the old machine from day 1), the milk jug is better in every way, and it is easier to keep clean. My one big complaint is the app. It is okay at best, and to make the coffee exactly as I want to make it, I need to customise via the app. It fails to save changes, it is slow and just isn't really great.

Overall excellent machine and improvement on older models but tiny gripe is that even with the adjustable volume the ratios of coffee to milk (for my taste) are a bit heavy on some recipes. Maybe its an operator issue?
