A completely hassle free transaction
Our washing machine died yesterday morning. We ordered a new one from you guys (cheaper than retail prices woo!) just before lunchtime. I was kept up to date with the progress of our order through SMS, and received a phone call this morning giving us a window for delivery as promised. Our brand new washing machine was delivered (for FREE) this morning BEFORE 10am. It was installed (for FREE) and our old washing machine removed (again for FREE). Thank you for a completely hassle free transaction and fantastic service. I dont often have any praise for companies in QLD but after buying a small freezer a month ago from a large retail outlet, I had to wait 4 days to pick it up at the shop. With my purchase yesterday from you I not only received it cheaper but the next day, the two people doing the delivering were efficiant, courtious and set up the washer and took the old washer away and no delivery charge, where were you when I needed a freezer and I will be dealing with you again, no worries.
