Speakers on smaller-sized televisions, such as this one, degrade quickly (the speakers are rather small, and towards the rear of the unit). You can also connect some external speakers, if necessary.     Good Morning, Thank you for this product question, Not all TVs are smart models, this model does not have that feature, this is a straight TV only no smart features and no WiFi either to stream or download for the web you would need to purchase and connect a streaming stick like a Chromecast.
