I bought this oven in June and used it very little prior to leaving on a two month trip. I enjoyed the fast cooking an not having to turn on my oven. I returned from my trip in October and only used it once and the next time the heating elements did not turn on. I was upset the this practically unused appliance was broken. The process of claiming the warranty and getting it repaired went better than I ever imagined. So I was happy with that. Again, I have owned it for only a few months and it already has spots on the outer metal like beginning to rust. While I like the oven an how it cooks, I can’t give it more than 4 stars as I’m hoping that it doesn’t break again soon. It’s heavy and difficult to package to send away for repair. If It doesn’t break again for at least a year, I might be able to review it better.

I use this equipment for almost all my meal and I love this equipment , I highly recommend to any one looking for a great pice of equipment !
