The inner heating elements do not work so it is impossible to use the bagel function. In order to toast something on both sides, I have toast twice by flipping the bread around. I am surprised that the inner heating elements would already fail after owning less than two years.December 17Only 8 more days until this toaster is taken from under the Christmas tree and unwrapped, but for now, no one has complained about it not working.4 slice awesome toasterBest toaster I ever used. The Quick Look and also able to toast 4 slices of bread are two my favourite options.Legendary service
