The Quick Look and also able to toast 4 slices of bread are two my favourite options.AvoidAvoid this model. We have had this unit for a couple of years now and it has never impressed. For the price, and for as much bread, muffins and bagels we have ruined it just feels like we all got burnt... We are now looking at other options... For the money, this toaster should work like magic but it is really just a nightmares. Uhg.Legendary service
