Bought a month ago and finally used it this week, followed instructions and for me there has been no sticking of pancake mix to plates, they slide out like butter just perfect. I made pancake mix from scratch following recipe in book and I also used pre-made... all so so yummy and cooked to perfection, I always had some problems with cooking pancakes in a frypan but no more iffy partly uncooked pancakes for me, really should have bought this sooner

Pancake mix stuck like glue to the non-stick surface and had to be chiseled off using a silicon spatula. Pancake shavings were edible though. Might be good for fritters.

I was a huge fan of the small Breville pancake maker, so much so that I upgraded to the Quick Stack that makes four! Please don't waste your time buying this product. It constantly sticks to the surface regardless of how you treat the cooking surface. I've tried several times thinking I was doing something wrong. Same result every time. Waste of money. Use a fry pan!!!
