Randomly turns itself off
It heats, it blows air, it purifies, it _usually_ stays connected to the WiFi. But most frustratingly, it randomly turns itself off for no reason. Nobody is anywhere near the controls, the remote, or the app. There is no time limt. The set temperature is clearly much higher than the ambient temperature shown on the unit. Yet the it turns itself off without warning, and I come back to a freezing room.

Frustrating to use
Besides have to change an expensive filter each year, the app is a pain to use. Right now, even though my air rounder and app are paired I cant even turn it on with the app or change settings. And then trying to found someone I can email on how to fix its is impossible.

Disappointed
Purchased this product as it was the next best thing to a Dyson . The cooling feature is a bit of a waste , doesn't blow that much cold air . The heating feature ok but the higher the temperature set doesn't feel like the real temperature being thrown out . Another disappointment is that you cannot plug into a timer for the unit to come on in the morning before everyone gets up
