Bought this to replace a smaller unit. Many people say they have trouble with the plug not staying attached to the unit, it is a bit tricky but in the end it is easily managed. Overall I like this very much. What could be added to the instruction sheet is that placing the head unit onto the outside frame is critical to operation. Should it not be placed correctly, the unit won't turn on

Surprisingly light and easy to clean. Just abit bulky in regard to storage. The operating instructions are essential and the digital screen connected to the heating component is very user friendly. It would have been great to have more information in the operating instruction regarding the pros and cons of the different oils. Weighing up the healthiest, storage and as well as the best fry was the most time consuming aspect of using this kitchen appliance.
