    Quality product but find on display before purchase - strong hands needed to release attachments.
    I'm a big fan of Breville appliances but I have one problem with this one. You need a lot of strength to squeeze the side buttons to release attachments - hence I took one star off. I'd normally do the usual due diligence and take the product for a test drive, however my local store didn't have it in stock and I had to order on-line.

    Yes, the wattage of the Breville® BSB510WHT Control Grip™ has changed. Initially the immersion blender was released utilizing 700 watts but that was changed a few years ago. Breville-au Team
