Automatic Detergent Dosing

AntiStain System
With the purpose of removing common stains, the AntiStain system automatically adjusts the spin speed and water temperature over the duration of the cycle.

Awful Rubber smell never goes away
Even after a year, the rubber seal stinks my washing. Everything else is perfect but this fundamental flaw is simply unacceptable for any washing machine.

Super quiet
I forget the washer is even on because it’s so quiet. It’s easy. The screen can be seen in a dark laundry. The internal light is great. Saved room on my cupboard as it takes all the detergent at once.

I don't know how to review this.
Honestly, I don't know how to review this, but was sent an email requesting for one. What I do know is that it came dirty (I'm referring to the drum area). It was greasy and there were rust-like debris. So I had to return it the next day. Hence, to be fair, I'm not sure about the build quality or the ease of use. But it was Bosch after all, so it could be durable as it's reputation speaks. I did not re-order from Winning, or Appliances Online because I found out that there's a chance that they share a same warehouse(all from the same group of company after all).

Rare thing to experience these days
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online' over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' . I had never heard of your company before doing a google search. the testimonial page convinced me. i ordered a washing machine. the emails from your company explaining the procedure were very clear. the next day l received a phone call at 7.30am from a delivery man that my machine would be delivered between 8 and 10. 8.15 2 guys arrived with it on the door step, 5 minutes later it was installed, ready to go and my old machine taken away.
