    I got this machine to replace our bosch 8kg that was over 10 years old and it doesn't disappoint. The face of the machine looks more futuristic and advanced in comparison. It has touch features and can connect to the app making it really easy to use. It has child lock making it perfect for my little toddlers fingers and I absolutely love the i-dos. I know putting in the detergents isn't too tedious but its so convenient not having to do it every single wash. Its a game changer for me because I have a little gremlin running around so the convenience of not having to do it is worth the price! I do find the machine very quiet so sometimes i won't know the cycle has finished unless I check the app or machine itself. It cleans our clothes perfectly and I love the advanced touch screen and options that weren't available with previous models such as different stain removal options for blood, baby clothes etc. The delivery team were also amazing with the removal of the old and installation of the new machine. They were very quick, helpful and on the ball! Overall, I'd highly recommend it for ease and convenience of use, and amazing customer service.
