    The cooking surface offers three cooking zones with 17 power levels. Whether you’re putting a delicate sauce on a low simmer or searing a steak, you’re always in complete control of the heat. If you need to turn up the heat, the PowerBoost function helps to rapidly boil a pot of water or deliver high heat. Control everything seamlessly using the sleek Bosch TouchSelect controls. The timer conveniently switches off the assigned cooking zone after the set time.

    For added safety, a child lock will prevent accidental interference of the controls, and residual heat indicators will let you know if the cooktop is still hot to the touch. The elegant, attractive design of the cooktop made from black ceramic is easy to keep clean and adds style to any kitchen.
    TouchSelect control panel

    Simply select your preferred cooking zone to increase or decrease the power level with the straightforward touch controls. This includes a timer that can automatically switch off your cooktop after a set period of time.

    PowerBoost mode

    Speed up your cooking by activating the PowerBoost mode. This gives you an extra boost of heating power to quickly heat up a large pan or pot of boiling water. When time is of the essence, you can have meals ready in no time.

    Faster cooking with induction

    Highly energy-efficient and safe to use, induction cooktops use a magnetic field to generate heat directly into your cookware, rather than the hob itself heating up. Highly responsive and precise, it heats up your pans rapidly and boils water very quickly so meals can be ready in no time.

    ReStart function

    If a pot of water boils over and the cooktop automatically switches off, the convenient ReStart function saves the last selected setting so you can continue where you left off.

Having just purchased it, I can confirm it's a fantastic, brand-new appliance. ​The speed of heating is simply astonishing. Water boils incredibly fast, and overall cooking time is significantly reduced compared to my previous hob. The three cooking zones are perfectly sized, and I particularly appreciate the large 28cm zone, which easily accommodates bigger pots and pans. ​The TouchSelect controls are intuitive and precise, making it very easy to adjust power levels. The PowerBoost function is a game-changer for when you need that extra burst of heat. ​Cleaning the ceramic glass surface is a breeze – spills don't bake on, so a quick wipe is all it takes. The hob also looks very sleek and modern in my kitchen. ​While there's a slight fan noise on higher settings, it's typical for induction hobs and barely noticeable. Overall, the Bosch combines powerful performance with user-friendly features and a high-quality build. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier induction hob!
