We've had this six months now and have no complaints. We like the delay function, but it's so quiet, we barely use it. One question - the quick cycle washes just as well as the 2' 45'' standard wash for most dishes. Is there any drawback? Is it cheaper to run, or more expensive? Is there any argument against using quick wash every time?

We are very happy with this product. We purchase most things after reviewing them through Consumer and although this wasn't consumers first choice BOSCH has the highest product reliability at 93%. I do agree with the previous review about items not drying in the dishwasher on the Eco 45' setting but wash most on 70' anyway. It is very quiet and hard to tell if its operating most of the time. My only con is that i wish it had an optional completed alarm to alert you that the machine is finished so you could go and attend to the possible excess water in the machine. But overall great machine, very happy.

Bought in April 2015 and I am very happy with sound level. It is very quiet compared to my previous 10 year old model that broke down. I would recommend this model. I have not quite worked out the best method for champagne glasses. It only has a few cycles but that is still more than i would use. Most regular cycles are around 2hrs 30 mins.
