[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for a couple of months now and have today ordered a new one from another manufacturer. We hate it! To be fair, this unit replaced a twenty year old European brand which was an amazing product but also four times the price... so our expectations were very high. Sadly, this low end appliance just doesn't come close. The controls are annoying to use and barely visible unless you actually (accidentally) select them, it doesn't clean very well, and when the cycle is over, everything is still dripping wet. We have tried various different programs and especially the extra drying function but to no avail. Maybe the other Hisense model, which was twice the price, would have been a better option but I'm not willing to risk it. I hasten to add our Hisense refrigerator is EXCELLENT and is the reason we thought we'd give the dishwasher a go.

The whole process was brilliant. Order that night,delivery next day thank you appliances online. The dishwasher was priced right, and suits purpose.

Lots of programs and I love the adjustable separate cutlery drawer. So much more room for plates and larger dishes.
