Dual Fan Technology
Each fan set is designed for quiet operation and a horizontal drying action that makes for more even results. You can engage both fan sets at once to dry a crowded cavity, or use a single fan set to conserve energy when drying smaller batches.
Drying modes and TST
Use the Fast drying mode for foods with a higher water content, or the Regular mode for jobs that only require half the trays. At the end of each cycle, the Two-Stage Sequential Temperature Timer activates Warm mode to prevent moisture from permeating your dried food.
Stainless steel drying trays
The stainless steel drying trays are non-reactive to handle acidic foods like citrus fruits. Stainless steel is BPA-free to ensure safe food consumption for the entire household. For added convenience, you can pop the trays in the dishwasher when they’re due for a clean.
