I have ordered just before Christmas and got it delivered very next day. Product was securely wrapped around and they took old unit free of charge.

Billi systems support non ventilated cabinet systems so we didn’t have to cut vents out of our cabinets which keeps the look consistent. We’ve used the tap for close to a month now and love access to drinking hot or ambient water on demand. Also helps speed up cooking soups or making a cup of tea. We haven’t had to change the filters yet which we’re told it’s infrequent and self manageable
