I dont often have any praise for companies in QLD but after buying a small freezer a month ago from a large retail outlet, I had to wait 4 days to pick it up at the shop. With my purchase yesterday from you I not only received it cheaper but the next day, the two people doing the delivering were efficiant, courtious and set up the washer and took the old washer away and no delivery charge, where were you when I needed a freezer and I will be dealing with you again, no worries. A big thank you to Appliances Online, especially Colin, who was more than helpful and professional on the phone. We purchased a washing machine on Thursday 10th Feb at about 2.30pm and it was delivered the next day at 11am. We loved the fact that we could pay COD and really put my mind at ease, not having to worry if my credit card details would be taken and risk having no washing machine turn up!
