Dear Sir/madam, I just wanted to thank you for the great service that I have received from your company. I am stoked. My washing machine died last Friday morning. With 2 young children this was a catastrophe. I was recommended your company by a friend. I compared prices and ordered my machine in 1 hour. I did not have time to hit the road. I had to call your company with a question and they were very friendly and helpful. Then to my absolute shock I received a phone call at 7.30 on Monday morning (this morning) to tell me my washing machine would be delivered and installed by 9am. AND IT WAS!!! Enjoyable and financially rewarding
Just a quick note to thank everybody at Appliances Online (and their couriers) for getting our new Wall Oven and Microwave Oven to us so quickly. I have to say I was a little worried about spending so much money online ($1,498) without anything more than a web interface. Living in WA made it that more risky. I have to say the experience was an enjoyable and financially rewarding one that went without a hitch. Took just 6 working days to receive the goods after making payment. The freight charge was very, very reasonable and I was kept fully informed along the way. In fact, the goods arrived before they even made it to the courier's tracking system !!
