A great way to shop
Thank you and all at Appliances online. Not only did you save me money but the Oven arrived on time. Communication was excellent and so was the product. I had some reservations at buying this type of item online but I would recommend Appliances online to anyone. A great way to shop. I shopped around before buying from you. All the appliance stores give you there so called discounts and then they charge about $40 to deliver and one person arrives, then there is a charge for taking away the old oven. The entire process was painless
To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery.
