I ordered my Beefeater BBQ on the 27/12/2010 and at the time I was advised that there was to be a delay (approx 3-4 weeks) on the delivery of my BBQ, which I was fine with. It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket ! Would gladly purchase another product from Appliances online. Hello, Thank you for this product question this model is made for LP gas connection and includes all the LP gas connections included, however, if you need to attach this model to Natural gas your installer/Plumber will be able to purchase the accessory directly from Artusi Spare Parts Division as the conversion can only be done by an Authorised Gas Installer.
