    Artusi cooktop
    Bought my cooktop online about a month ago, wanted to use for awhile until I gave a review. I am very happy with the cooktop, so easy to use and to clean, no cleaners required. Also the cooktop was sent with another set of knobs which are stainless steel. Nice bonus. Nice cast iron grills to hold everything in place, lovely and strong. Highly recommend Artusi :)

    Hi team. My rangehood is 600mm, shorter than the width of this gas cooktop. Is there any Australia standard requiring the the rangehood to be same or longer (in width) than the cooktop? James · 2022-08-27
    Good Evening, Thank you for this product question, Nothing in regards to width, only the height from the top of the cooking trivet to the underside of the range hood for gas this is 650 to 750mm, if the height is less than 650mm to the underside of the rangehood then yes this would need the rangehood raised higher to allow for any flareup. Keep in mind that due to the rangehood being shorter in width oils and fats will collect on your cupboard doors, and on the underside of the cupboard over time if not cleaned regularly will damaged these areas. If you are asking the Australian distance for a rangehood to be installed above a gas cooktop then this is from 650mm to 750mm to the underside of the rangehood.
