I do not normally write emails of this nature, however, Michael and Layne (delivery guys for you) were brilliant. I was regularly contacted (telephoned 2 times) and delivery was undertaken smoothly. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
