Great drier most of the time until you put in sheets or duvet covers and then they just twist up into a knot and don't dry. Very disappointed as I have had plenty of Bosch appliances before and they have all been fantastic. This was a very expensive purchase and I have to put in sheets one by one to ensure they dry!!! Or reload about 4 times to get 3 or 4 sheets dry if all in together.

We use this dryer every day and often several times a day. It gets lots of work! Had it now for about 2 years, working it hard and it has been so useful. It drys things well and the settings allow us to carefully select the right temperature and time for different items. It handles a family sized load, drying evenly throughout. The anti crease function helps the laundry stay neat and tidy and ironing is hardly ever needed. Very easy to clean filter and it is surprising how much it does filter out where other machines must either just send it into the air or leave all the sediments on the clothing. We use it for bedding and curtains and all sorts, even children's shoes and school bags! Handles sensitive items really well, too. While it is not the top energy rating it covers for that by being so useful and doing those bigger loads that it so often gets landed with. I thing the energy rating part is balanced out by its performance just as you can't expect a little four cylinder car to carry six or seven people and tow a caravan or trailer. Can and do thoroughly recommend it.
