    Exceptional fridge
    Everyone in my family has purchased this amazing fridge. They run forever and have no issues whatsoever. Temps are always perfect and ice crusher/maker and water is loved by everyone! Good design too

    Absolute frustration since the day we got it
    I bought this fridge years ago (as did my in-laws). Within a month we both had issues with the freezer. My in-laws fridge was replaced. Our fridge was serviced multiple times with only the freezer “rubber seals” being replaced. Every four months I have to defrost the freezer as there is an excessive build up of ice and then the freezer leaks all over my floor. Would never recommend a Samsung fridge for this resason.

    Good features. Strange no egg cage
    I bought this fridge in July 2018. The water line is not connected to the fridge. No water was dispensed since purchase. The water filter read light is on. I have contacted Samsung and asked me to replace the filter!!!!!!!. How come a filter not in use needs a new filter???? What happens now?
