Purchased frig 11/02/26 & the water/ice did not work. Rang customer service, a tech will be out on 04/03/26. 3 weeks wait. He found a bad connection in the electrical box. Quality control in the hands of the consumer. Not all that happy.

We purchased this beauty in January and I can honestly say it’s been the best buy ever. The plumbed filtered water & the plumbed ice are probably one of the things I love the most, now we ALWAYS have ice despite our sons best efforts to use it all! The drawers keep the fruit and veg super fresh. The 3 shelves keep it easy to organise everything. The shelves on the door take some getting used too but we are getting there. Freezer is nice and big. One side can be converted to a drinks fridge, but in our case is the desert freezer! Best purchase of 2026

Every time we open the refrigerator, we not only grab what we need but also admire its beautiful design. The cold water dispenser is very convenient and easy to use. The freezer is cleverly designed with drawers, making it simple to organise everything neatly.
