  This product will be delivered FREE by Appliances Online trucks. We’ll also unpack the product, remove and recycle its packaging for free, and can even take away the old disconnected appliance if you select this option at checkout.

  In most areas, we deliver Monday to Friday. We also offer Saturday deliveries in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne metro areas for an additional fee. You can request a specific delivery day from the dates available during checkout.

  Once you’ve completed your purchase, our system will process your order and send you an email to confirm your delivery date. In the unlikely event that we have to change your delivery date, we'll be in touch to confirm a new one.
• 
  Your driver will first contact you on the morning of delivery with an approximate 2-hour delivery window, and then again 30 minutes before delivery. We usually deliver during business hours, but in some selected zones we deliver as early as 6:30am and as late as 7pm. If you’re in the Sydney metro area, you can choose a 2-hour delivery window, for an additional fee, to better suit your schedule.

  We offer free setup and connection of fridges, washing machines and microwaves (conditions apply). Certain appliances, such as dishwashers, ovens and cooktops, require a paid installation service which can be selected during checkout. Please refer to the 'Connection & Installation' section below for details.

Keep in mind:

We offer free setup and connection for refrigerators (excluding specialised plumbing services), washing machines and washer-dryers (excluding washing machine pedestals and anti-flood devices), dryers (excluding dryers that require wall-mounting, stacking kits or additional plumbing), and microwaves (excluding trim kits).

We offer this free service to most metropolitan areas in NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA & QLD, along with some metropolitan areas in TAS and NT.

Please be aware that certain connections and installations can only be completed by our licensed Winning Services installers. Winning Services installation can be added to your order during checkout.

Manufacturer's warranty

All our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. All you need to make a claim is the tax invoice from your purchase. If you happen to lose your original tax invoice and you need to make a claim, please let us know and we’ll reissue it.

Commercial use warranty

If you're buying a product that will be used in a commercial environment, please double-check the manufacturer's warranty. Many manufacturers don't cover any sort of commercial use in their warranty, and the maximum term offered by those that do is only three (3) months. So you may want to consider an Appliances Online Care Plan for Business (described below).

Customer Care Plan and Business Customer Care Plan

If you want to extend your protection, you can purchase a Care Plan from us. This will give you an additional 2-3 years’ protection on top of the standard manufacturer warranty term, and covers the parts and labour required for any repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia (subject to some terms and conditions). We offer two Care Plans - one for products that will be used in a domestic environment, and one for products that will be used in a commercial environment. Note that your protection under this cover may overlap with your rights and remedies under applicable laws, including any Consumer Guarantees.

When can you return or exchange a product?

Customer Error Returns:

If your item has not been unboxed and packaging remains intact, we are able to return the item for a full refund, if notified within 7 days of the date of delivery. If your item has been unboxed and is unused, we can provide a store credit minus a restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced value, if notified within 7 days of the date of delivery. Your refund or credit will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition.

Faulty goods:

Of course, nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. If you are a "consumer" under the ACL, the following notice applies to you:

"Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law ("Consumer Guarantees"). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure."
