Courteous, friendly and professional
What a great experience. I work 7 minutes from home, your guys called me in the morning, then 20 minutes before arrival so I could shoot home, empty the old fridge. There were problems fitting the fridge through the doors so your sub contractors made a plan through the back of the house. Please commend them. As sub contractors, they did your brand good. Hi Folks, I thought I would send through a compliment for the guys that delivered my fridge this morning. One guys name was Corey, didnt get the other guys name. Both guys didnt mess around, both fast and friendly, installing new fridge etc, then Corey (on his own! The other guy was finishing levelling the new fridge and hooking it up etc) lugs my old fridge back down 3 flights of stairs! Crazy stuff! Anyway .... Every time I have dealt with you guys I have been pretty impressed with your service and no mucking around professional attitude, and today was no different.
