Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys, Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing. Your delivery boys were very well prepared
WOW, I used your company last week for the first time....to order my new fridge...and i just wanted to let you know that your service was outstanding, from the ordering to the delivery.I have a very steep driveway and normally don't like to get things delivered, but your delivery boys were very well prepared.They unloaded of the truck and on to a ute to be able to transport the fridge up the drive.Anyway thanks heaps for the great service.I have recommended you to all my friends and family. Could not beat the price at any retail store
Amazing!!! I order the fridge on Saturday, it was delivered on Tuesday at the time they said they would deliver. They moved my old fridge to the garage, they took away all the packaging. Unbelievable service and we could not beat the price at any retail store (even with staff discounts)!!! Definately wouldn't hesitate to use appliances online again. Hassle free!! The only problem was the lack of photos etc on the site - we did have to go into some retail stores to have a closer look before we made our decision.
