Last night I had a LG refrigerator delivered and the item had a paint chip right in the middle of the door. So the fridge was not plugged in or used. I was given the choice of a discount or a replacement fridge. As we have guests arriving from the US tomorrow morning, I could not wait till Fri for a replacement fridge so I accepted a discount on the purchase price. Nor did I want our old fridge sitting in the middle of the dining room til Friday. I was assured that the old fridge would be removed tonight. Well this morning Jim and Nathan arrived, took the old fridge levelled off the new fridge and were most personable and pleasant in their manner, as well as being efficient in their job. I would like to thank you for arranging the prompt pickup of the old fridge and compliment Jim and Nathan too. Two years ago we bought a washing machine from you and now a fridge. With service like this I will be buying from you again and will be telling all our friends about the great prices and service your company offers.
