Customer service is second to none
I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost. I will certanly be buying more goodies from Appliancesonline, their customer service is second to none. Thank you Lynne, Watsonia, VIC
Impressed with the communication and efficiency
Im was very impressed with the communication and efficiency when I recieved my new dishwasher 2 days before Christmas. As well as the price being the cheapest i could find, they took away my old dishwasher with no fuss, installed my new one all done within around 10 mins. The driver was very polite and friendly. Hello Sally. Just dropping you a line to say ........THANK YOU........& let APPLIANCES ONLINE know that they have one of the most considerate, HELPFUL, caring employees ever working for THEM! U deserve to be nominated for employee of the year, it is NOT very often at all that the public comes across some one as helpful & caring as you! FOR example, look at what electrolux wanted to do.....NOTHING but keep trying to fix it! Thank you for being the only one that gave a damn about all the problems i was having with the washing machine i purchased from APPLIANCES ONLINE......the new washing machine works a treat & even sound so much better!
