I really appreciated being able to choose the delivery date and the two guys who delivered were fantastic including coming back the next day enroute from another job to pick up the old freezer which was still full of food when they delivered the new one. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! I would never go elsewhere again, and the next time I need white goods, I will click, pay and smile again on your site.
