Product was very well packaged. They were very polite and asked if I had old machine to take away and where I would like them to put the new one after putting it where I asked them to, we exchanged paperwork and they said if I have any problems please don't hesitate to call ..Very very happy with the service and transaction and would not hesitate to deal with them again.Had 3 choices of way to pay I am so impressed with everything about Appliances Online. I ordered a washing machine on a Tuesday and it was installed by 1pm on Wednesday. I live on the Central Coast NSW so it was not a suburb in Sydney. The guys who delivered the unit were helpful and very polite.
