Initial phone in and order placement was simple and efficient. Price though not the best covered all items in one package, ie purchase, delivery, removal of packing and old stove.
The delivery was "better" if that is possible, they were 1st rate, punctual, phoned ahead, quick, friendly and good humoured, nothing was a problem. Hope the stove package is as good as your "package".

I recently purchased a Westinghouse freezer from Appliances Online. I have never been one to trust the Internet when it comes to white goods and normally undertake extensive telephone based pricing which is followed up with on site visits concluding with the obligatory haggling session. The whole process can take days and is generally an enormous waste of time just to secure a discount off retail.
