Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' . Georgia made me feel like someone cared about what was happening...that is a rare thing to experience these daRare thing to experience these days I ordered my Beefeater BBQ on the 27/12/2010 and at the time I was advised that there was to be a delay (approx 3-4 weeks) on the delivery of my BBQ, which I was fine with. It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket !
