We bought a Westinghouse side-by-side on Wednesday and had it delivered and installed by 10:30am Thursday. The telephone support when I rang about a problem was superb and fast. And the delivery guys were FANTASTIC. The delivery guys wrestled the huge old fridge down the stairs, took the doors of the new fridge to squeeze it into the room it was going into, put it all back together and took all the packing with them- 30m for start to finish. I'm quick to complain when something is wrong, so when I receive first-class service, I think it's only fair to compliment. Your service was faultless. Your prices were the cheapest, delivery free, fitting free, you allowed me to choose the day of delivery, you advised exactly how I would be contacted re delivery. The driver contacted me exactly as you said he would, delivered on time, fitted the appliance, made sure I was satisfied, and left.
