Ordered a LG Front Loader washing machine on a Tuesday 22/6/10 around lunchtime for delivery into Melb as a gift. Everything that was promised on the website actually happened. Next day delivery, call made before 9am to confirm a 2 hour window for delivery. The driver rang when he was 20 mins away so my friend could go home. Gift received, installed and the old machine taken away. It could not have been a more pleasant online buying experience.
