Recently bought a westinghouse fridge online. Couldn't make my mind up so called the hotline, got a real person within a minute and from then on the service was amazing. Better service than I would get from a retail store

Thanks. I must say that everything about my experience with Appliances on line has been great. Monday 5pm order to be delivered the next day Tuesday 8am delivery time confirmed 11-1 10:30 am change order before delivery, from 602mm Simpson to 565mm Fisher and Paykel – I should have measured before I ordered! 11am delivery truck shows up but no problem with leaving on the truck. They missed Dave’s call Wednesday 9am New dryer delivered. Much better service than I would get from a retail store, and at no time did anyone say “not my problem” Steve, Cremorne, NSW
