Hi there, just wanted to send a quick note to say I am very impressed with Appliances Online. I first used you to buy a fridge/freezer 3yrs ago (delivered to address **********) and today got a dryer delivered to Dulwich Hill. Great prices, no rip off delivery charges and truly exceptional service. I will be using you again in the near future to buy a chest freezer, and have recommended you many many times. I just wanted to write and say how impressed I am with your service. Ordering online was very easy, availability was immediate, I really appreciated the full service of delivery, take away the old machine and plumb in the new one, and the two delivery guys were great- very helpful, just two good guys. Colin, we got the new fridge today, and we are thrilled with all that you have done to help us, as well as the careful, timely, and friendly service from the delivery guys. We waited 2 months for our Whirlpool fridge, only to find that it would be another 2 months! After looking over this Westinghouse fridge, it actually has more going for it, and is about 700.00 less! Rather than wait any longer, we went ahead and ordered it at noon one day, and the driver rang at 7:30 the next morning to give us 1 hour's notice of his arrival so we could empty our old fridge. Therefore, in less than 24 hours from ordering, we had our new fridge up and running, and stocked as well! This is our second purchase from you, the last being a washing machine.
