A price that is unbeatable

Not often am I so quick to write a glowing testimonial but felt for these guys it was totally warranted. Ordered yesterday at a price that is unbeatable (Nespresso coffee machine bought as a gift for Xmas) and it was delivered by 9am the next day. The driver even phoned to advise the time an hour before. Not just that but delivery is free! If you have concerns about ordering online you shouldn't have with this company - the great thing is they are not just online - I phoned up and was able to speak to a person!!! Best customer service we have ever received

I am emailing today to bring to your attention a very valuable staff member of yours. After purchasing a Samsung fridge from Appliances Online we experienced repeated issues with the fridge. After being constantly passed between Samsung and Lumley, the extended warranty company, we were left with a substandard fridge with no-one willing to take responsibility. I contacted Sally who, on every occasion was courteous, helpful and patient. Sally took control of the situation and liaised with all parties and eventually exchanged the fridge for a Westinghouse. Our experience with Sally has been so positive we intend to purchase all future products through Appliances Online and would happily recommend the company to others.
