Amazed at such excellent service
We ordered a Bosch dishwasher from Appliances Online yesterday morning, and were asked when we would like delivery to take place, so we said today. The very next email through told us the drivers start at 4.30 am, and they would call before 10 am. At 7 am today we received a call from a driver, who informed us they would be at our place at 8am, and they arrived on that exact time, brought the dishwasher up the stairs, removed the old one, and were finished in minutes. We are at Taree, which is approximately 260ks away, and received our dishwasher the very next day, and with nil delivery charge. I have mentioned this to several people today, and they are all amazed at such excellent service. This should make the H***** N*****s and B*** L**s look closely at better service and nil delivery fees. We will buy from Appliances Online again. Gary, Taree, NSW

I just wanted to thank your for the great service. When my washing machine broke down on Monday I called my Dad to tell him about a special I saw at D******. He made me promise I would check out appliances online first. He and mum have bought their last 4 appliances from you and have also got all their friends on the bandwagon. He went on about the great service and was amazed that the delivery guys unwrapped the appliances outside and took the packaging away. Having recently redecorated my unit and being completely fed up several trips up and down the stairs and down the street to the recycling bin, this part was particularly music to my ears! While the same item from D****** was on special at $50 cheaper (incl delivery and removal), they couldnt get it to me for 2 weeks. I came home and called appliances online and ordered my machine.
