Dear Sir/Madam, I found your website by searching the internet over the weekend. You provided a price that was approximately $100 cheaper than retail outlets. On Monday lunchtime I ordered and paid for a clothes dryer online, and by Tuesday morning it was delivered (free!) and our old dryer was taken away (free!). Your service and its quality are exceptional and I wanted to thank you and let you know just how happy I am that I bought my applicance from you. The process took me 10 minutes at my computer

It's the first time I have used Appliances Online and I was very impressed at how quick and easy it was to find exactly the product I wanted, to pay for it and to organise delivery for exactly the day that suited me the most. That process took me 10 minutes at my computer and not a couple of hours tracking down the appliance by driving to my nearest appliance store, parking, queuing up to get help from a sales assistant and then queuing again to pay for it. The delivery people were clean and totally professional in their work. They rang prior to arrival and arrived at the agreed time.
