Service and attitude was far superior to anyone else

Our dehumidifier arrived this morning. We really appreciate your prompt service & can't praise your customer service highly enough. We have told our friends about you & given them your web site address so I am sure you will have a few more orders from the Eungella area. I would just like to thank and congratulate you all on such a great company/site and such excellent customer service.
My boss required a Fisher & Paykal Rangehood to replace and existing unit in a property he has rented out. I contacted our normal "big name department store" and was told a price that was approx $55 more
expensive that what your price was. I was then told by this supplier that due to no stock at Fisher & Paykel it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery.
I then rang Fisher & Paykel directly who advised stock should be in by the end of next week.
In the mean time, whilst on hold to various departments, I came across your website. Personally I prefer to shop online, however my boss
tends to be a bit cautious. I rang your customer service team and spoke with a very friendly and
helpful staff member by the name of Andrew. He confirmed stock was there. That was on the Friday and on Monday morning it arrived and he had this installed by Tuesday for his tenant.
