Prices are alot better

The service by your staff could not be faulted

I purchased a Samsung Washing machine from your company on order 373342 and it was delivered this afternoon as promised. I felt that I had to sit and write to you and congratulate your firm on the handling of our purchase. From the initial call to your office to place the order, to the installation of the machine, the service by your staff could not be faulted. I found all staff members to be helpful and extremely pleasant. I was particularly impressed with the young gentlemen who delivered and installed the machine. They were a delight. Really couldn't expect any more

Purchasing from Appliances Online saved us $400 compared to the prices we were being quoted by two of the large Australian retailers. Not paying for delivery was the icing on the cake. The transaction was smooth and seamless and it was great to be able to choose the delivery date that suited our schedule. We also chose the installation option which definitely saved time and double handling - upon delivery, the old cooktop was removed, the new cooktop installed and the old one taken away for disposal.
